I really need to find out how to contact the authorities in the Udon Thani Area, Hopefully on the Internet. But which ever way will work. I have come across something that needs to be reported, but unfortunately I am not In Thailand at the Moment, and it is very Urgent. A Life depends on it I am very sure.

If you can help me with this I would be very greatful.

Actually Anything would help. Police, anyone that can look into personal violence crimes.
