I think there's a decent size segment of the Thai market that could use the extra heft of a full size work truck, with their towing capacity. (Instead of breaking in 2 when fully loaded running down the motorway, as we occasionally witness...) Not to mention the markets that may open up (for better or worse) in RV trailers. Thailand's indigenous pickup trucks just don't cut it for pulling big trailers like RVs and big boats. Not for any distance anyway. But that's not going to happen at a 300% import tax rate. -
