No New Post

I would like to know why all my posts are immediately branded as “no new post

Not sure how you mean. Do you get an error message?

There is an icon on the left of each topic title. It seems the icon of a file cartel. Normally the file is black which means "new topic" but invariably the file cartel icon on the left of the title of my topics are pale and labeled as “no new post”

Which one of the below are you referring to? The first is topic has unread messages, the 2nd the list of topic status.

Your own post does not mark the topic as having a new post, it being assumed that you already read your own post.

so must I understand that the file appears pale only to me, while to all the others it appears fully black?
