I would like to know why all my posts are immediately branded as “no new post”

There is an icon on the left of each topic title. It seems the icon of a file cartel. Normally the file is black which means "new topic" but invariably the file cartel icon on the left of the title of my topics are pale and labeled as “no new post”

Your own post does not mark the topic as having a new post, it being assumed that you already read your own post.
