Where = anywhere but within 15 minutes w motorbike to Fairy, prefer newer well kept moban.

what = single house 1 floor will do, 2 bedroom. Have some garden - have Golden Retriver pup.

Modern furnished, aircon, hot water, refridgerator.Semi furnished can do if the rent is set accordingly.

No car, only have motorbike.

About 25 meters to the road. On a Song taew route.

3-4 minutes to Fairy by m/c.

It'a an older home but well maintained. The owner lives in one of the houses and fixes things as needed without a hassle.

8k with a two month deposit.
