I dont make mental images at all but i am curious at times. I see the avatar as part of the character of someone.

For myself my AV is a real picture of me, its not a clear one but shows enough of me.

I cant recall...maybe they just ignored me? (cos they were too mesmerised by this beautiful sexy friend I took along to one of the games )

In my case the Crow definitely is a reflection of my personality. I have my photo in my profile and several members of the forum have met me so can attest to it be a true likeness.

Does that mean you have a large appendage and say "ffaaaarrkk" a lot ?

Remember a few years ago we all posted a piccy of ourselves. I remember Croccy cos he had kind laughing eyes.

I do make mental pictures of posters and these pictures are almost invariably completely at odds with reality.

Can't think of one single poster that I have met who actually matched up with my preconception of her or him.

And everyone who meets me always seems equally surprised at what I look like.

Not entirely I might add, very ladylike and attractive, bigger than me of course, but so is Thad even when I am standing on a box of Tetley's and I would suggest there is little need for any surgical needs for the requirement to fire the much needed arrows and sniper rounds on this forum.
