Lek Car Rentals Udon Thani

im just posting here to tell/warn people of my experiences with Lek Car rentals in Udon Thani

I booked a car for 5 days from "danny" at lek car rentals through email giving my full contact details including phone number

and was told that someone would meet me at the airport with the car

about 20 mins before i flew from bkk i had a email sent to me saying it was canceled due to a accident

there was no phone call no help nothing

so i phoned Danny as i got on the plane and he said sorry didnt have your number (which he did)

and i explained that when i landed i was stuck there as i had a 2 hour plus drive ahead of me

he said he would see what he could do

when i landed i phoned him again and was told there might be a car in later or there would be a truck the next day

so i was left with no choice but to hire something from avis in the end which was not suitable for what i needed

but danny had said he would ring me as soon as the truck was ready so i thought ill take the car and drive back the next day some 4-5hour round trip

well ive never heard from danny again after reading recomendations here for them i thought other users should know my experiences with them i run my own business back in the UK and what ive learnt is its how you handle things when they go wrong gives you a good name

and not necessarily when everything goes to plan

so i was left high and dry by Lek car rentals and Danny in Udon Thani with my 75 year old father who had just flown straight through from heathrow to sort out the problems that i was left with from Lek Car hire

so others beware if theres any problems do not rely on them to help

And this is why they charge premium prices?

I've always thought they were overpriced, and now bristolsystems, your post confirms that their service is below standard.
