She is a bit unclear about the details, and i cant seem to find anything online.

here in Ubon the electric & H20, up to a certain limit (I think under 300bht for electric, and can't remember the metric litre for water usage (is deemed free). this was going on for some time.

my wife told me that this was the previous ex-PM Thaksins initiatives, and subsequently followed by ex-pM Samak

however, this free utility charges will end as of Dec.31, 2009 and not carried over by the new

Abisist administration.
