bkkchris
Hi, Any suggestions regarding where to go on a date in Bangkok. Would like to plan a really nice day out! It will be in the day time. I have only been in Bangkok for a few months so would appreciate any ideas. I do have a car but would prefer not to travel too far as I'm still learning the roads etc. Many thanks Edited December 27, 2009 by bkkchris
Monokuro
I always see the couples in Chatachuk Park on the weekends and think it looks really nice
kyb789
It is so hard to answer that question. We really don't have enough information. It depends on the girl...where is she from? What does she like to do? Is she hi-so, low-so, how long have you known her? For a first date I never recommend anythng expensive or special. It is better to pick a coffe shop and decide after that if you want to continue. You can always hit a Starbucks at Central World or Paragon and decide after that if you want to keep going with this. There are plenty of things to walk around and see. That will get you passed the first day. After that, you can plan something more advanced. Monokuro
Or that waterpark could be fun ... bonus is you get to see her in a bikini too
bkkjames
Dusit Zoo, quiet, cool, not 8 million people like JJ Market.

surfscuba
i took both of my former girfriends to dream world. the first one was scared to ride on anything. the second one was a daredevil and wanted to go on the hairiest coaster again. they both did love the freezing fake north pole with the borrowed blue jackets and boots and short hill slide as well as the hollywood-type stunt show. JAS21
A ride on the river, buffet lunch at the Manderin Oriental (best to book early and ask for a window seat). Sure that somebody can suggest where to spend the afternoon, some wine bar maybe, or the Zoo.
