I am not a feline lover........clap2.gif

This month in Glasgow, plans to blow up a 30-storey tower block could be sabotaged by a stray cat.

Locals near the Red Road flats have heard the moggy miaowing from the top of the huge block.

And one resident said: "They can't blow up the building if there's a poor wee cat in there."

The local SPCA is "urgently seeking entry" into the building. The demolition company says it searched thoroughly but couldn't find any sign of the cat.

Heck, the US military does that to whole cities, why would we worry about the occasional stay cat?

I like to talk to cats...

in Indonesia some friends returned to Australia and we took over their cat named Cleopatra...she was a personable cat and would sidle up when I settled on the rattan sofa with a drink after work and she was small and had a knobbly tail like a lot of SE Asian cats do...and I would bark: 'you look like a KAMPUNG CAT!! and certainly bear no resemblance to the queen of the Nile...'

that was her cue to stretch luxuriously then to close her eyes and purr, sphinx-like...with a bit of kneading...

ex-wife from the kitchen: 'are yew talkin' to that bleedin' cat again?...eedjit...'...me: 'yeah, Cleopatra and Egypt...'...'no!, I said you are an eedjit!...'

an' it was her idea to adopt the bloomin' feline although I didn't mind...

By the way, where IS Patsy? I haven't seen her post in a long time. I hope she's alright. Has anyone heard from her?

last we heard she was looking for a place to stay, I am quite worried about her, but don't know how to get in touch with her

a bit slow off the mark but I remembered today that I had patsys mobile number from the last time she popped off the radar. have sent a text & hopefully she will reply or post here. really hoping she is ok.
