Meeting

Featured Replies

Where is the best prominent place to meet people at the airport?

Under the sign "Meeting Point" near exit door 3. It is close to where arriving passengers walk out from the customs hall (if they haven't changed things around again recently)

Arrivals is on level 2-I suggest you meet up at exit/entrance number 8-it is nearly allways quieter there.

They messed up the arrival hall quite badly. Hope they changed it back to how it was.

The key is telling your arriving party what exit to use from baggage claim, either B or C (huge blue and white sign above the Customs desks). If it's someone new or if I have my own car in parking, I always tell them to use exit C (A is for domestic) as that exit is closer to exit door #8 from the terminal to parking garage #3 and is generally faster and quieter.

Pretty much all your guests need to do is turn LEFT after they come out of Customs. If they follow the 'flow' and turn right, they will end up in the scrum at the door #3 meeting point which is best avoided.

Now the next trick is how to get yourself down there at exit C on the 2nd level which is a strictly 'airport pass holder' domain. I have my own method!
