i am building a pad with footings for 4 water tanks that will hold approx 10k liters. i will use rebarb but i would like to know what the best depth for the fron and rear footing should be as well as the thickness of the pad.

If I were you, I would consult an engineer for that 10klt water [how high??]

I have 3klt 6mt high and footings were massive.....maybe 1 mt thickX10in wide.
