At the moment I am just,

translated, means we are waiting for the MIL to keel over, then its adios, bloody grandmother lived well into her '90s.

MIL is as strong as a buffalo and nearly as smart, alzheimer's has done her in, thankfully we have got her off the fags, she has forgotten she even smoked, dozy cow would light one up, then walk next door and light up another, while the previous one almost set the house on fire.
