Laptop Purchase

Featured Replies

Hello all, good advice required please.

A friend of mine in Patong is selling his laptop and although i do have one i am thinking of buying his to help him out, tell me please will this laptop work ok in Australia, voltages etc

Thanks

yes it will, you will however need the power converter thai to aus for it to be able to charge.

Thailand and Australia are the same voltage and frequency, so the only thing needed would be a plug adaptor or an Aussie mains lead to fit the power supply :)

Most laptops have universal power supplies anyway, 110-240V 50/60Hz so they'll work anywhere in the world :)
