Featured Replies

hi

i plan to ride, starting tomorrow thursday 21/10/10 from chiangmai to pattaya via the 11. depending on progress possibly stopping off at singburi the over to the 33, down the 304, 314 hitting the 3.

there are a number of reports and news items on the floods but i cant see if the 11, 1, 33, 304, 314 are effected. does anyone in the area have an update on the status of these roads etc

many thanks

I have a friend just arrived by bus from Nong Khai to Nakon Rathasima to Rayong (via chonburi and pattaya (no.3) She said have a lot of water on the highway #2 and many cars stuck. How much water, I dont know. But suspect not good on a bike?? Chonburi to Pattaya I think no problem, we have not had much rain here.

A friend has just driven to Korat from Pattaya, he reports that there are big floods on the 304 south of Korat, seen the pictures and wouldn't want to try it on a bike. Near Chockchai area I think.

Here is one of the picturespost-72400-075026300 1287586433_thumb.jp
