I wonder if anyone in the forum can tell me where I can buy a MP3 unit with FM radio interface in Bangkok.

I am not familiar with MP3 stuff, but I hear there is a unit like USB which plugs into the cigarette lighter in the car and

transmits FM signals e.g your music (which you have downloaded from Internet) which you then tune into on the FM radio in your car.

Someone who is using it, can you comment what the quality is like in terms of the ease of use , its sound, etc; basically does it work?

Any infos appreciated.

I am not sure that the unit will be much use in Bangkok as the FM spectrum is fully occupied.

You may find the local channels breaking through.

You might do better looking for a new car radio with a usb socket.

Then you plug your stick straight into the radio.

I purchased one similar to this in tukom Pattaya, I would be reasonably confident in saying these are available widely around BKK in most joints like Pantip and the such.
