Can I Get A Nitrous Bottle Filled In Bkk?

Im thinking of a Boss Noss nitrous kit, does anyone know if i can get the bottle filled in BKK and if so, where? No point in buying the kit if i cant use it.

I would guess that it would be impossible to get N2O here, In 6 years I never seen any bikes with it here. I had a N2O kit in Australia and it became very hard to get there. I have inquired at the dentists and they have told me they don't use it in Thailand. That is just a guess.
