I have 6 million baht,I am looking at buying a franchise business.

Anybody here have a franchise business and what do you think of the support.

KFC apparently cannot be owned by a foreigner and i dont want a 7 11.

What about something like a "B-Quik"?

I know someone starting up a franchise business similar to that. PM me if you're interested in more info.

it is very easy to destroy money in Thailand within a very short time.

before taking any action: Go to a Franchise Fair here in Thailand to get an overview on what's available and at which conditions, and take a long long time to make a decision.

I would only consider BIG INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES, as local franchisers for sure have the common attitude here in Thailand, after which a foreigner has to be relieved of his money as quickly as possible.

you did not get any response yet from someone who is doing a franchise-business here, and there might be a reason for that.

quite honestly, I would invest the money on the international market (balanced fund maybe ?). at least you get a return from that.

doing a franchise, you would definitely destroy your money, the only question is, how quickly...
