My query is that i want to export fresh vegetables and fruits from Thailand to south Asia, need a complete inquiry and process that whether I can do this by using any existing licensed company or do I have to register a new one on my own behalf? frequency will be around 2-3 times a week and shipments will be b/w 200-400 kgs.

I will appreciate if you guys have any suggestions.
