But I don't think it's a very good managerial style to get a warning notice engraved and embedded in stone, when surely just a small, typed letter included with their pay check would suffice?

September 21, 200520 yr Cheers RDN, I have that in my funny signs in Thailand collection as well. The other beauty (now gone) is on the Nai Harn road towards the old Don's cafe.
