Does anyone know where / how much I can buy a 1 GB Memory Stick Duo in Bkk? I bought a Sony PSP and needing more ram, I don't know whether to ship it to Bermuda or pick one one in BKK. I can buy them on amazon.com for about $99 for Sony 1 GB, $89 for Sandisk

Genuine Sony 1GB Duo high speed is around 8000 baht. Haven't seen Sandisk.

You can get the SanDisk and the Sony at Fortune Town - although I think your $89 is quite a bit cheaper than you can pick it up in Bangkok... (I think I paid 5,900 but that's going back a few months... - it's definitely not under 4,000 - which means your $89 is cheaper...)

Sony - you have both the high speed and regular speed. The regular one, which I haven't personally seen in Bangkok, is usually priced around the same as the SanDisk.

Pantip Plaza seems teh obvious choice, 1Gb Sandisk is supposed to be faster than the Sony memory card - I have been using the Sandisk for a month with no problems, I paid 4,000 baht for it.

The SANDISK Duo 1GB can be bought for 5000 baht, probably less, in MBK, top floor, everywhere.
