Phuket PEA issues blackout notice

The PEA Phuket office apologizes for any inconvenience to residents in affected areas.

PHUKET: -- The Phuket Provincial Electricity Authority, Thalang office, has announced a scheduled blackout to carry out maintenance work on high-voltage power lines.

The work will be carried out on Tuesday, June 21, from 9am to 5pm.

Affected areas include the road from Baan Mai Khao to Baan Suan Maprao, including Mai Khao Soi 8, Mai Khao Soi 9, Soi Suan Khun Sunai, the Holiday Inn Resort Maikhao and Piraya Resort & Spa.
