Approximate Cost Of Cement Carport Floor

I'm waiting on a bid from my local [cowboy] contractor/builder on a carport floor and would like to have a ballpark estimate of what to expect to pay for a 35 sq mt floor.....cost of prep, cement and steel at 8 inch grid by 4 inches thick with maybe 2 inches of gravel under cement.

Any ideas of fair price for materials only??
