We don't allow defamation on our site, something I am sure the OP is well aware of and attempting to bring that in makes me wonder what his agenda is in the first place. TBH, I don't care if you get arrested for criminal defamation for being so dumb as to say these kinds of things on the internet but it would be most tiresome to have to hand over all our records to the police for the criminal charge, an annoyance we prefer to avoid.
