What did you have for breakfast?
Eggs are one of the healthiest sources of protein and the only reason a doctor would ask you to stop eating them is either he didn't do an evaluation of your lifestyle (laziness), he doesn't understand nutrition and only prescribes medicine like many of them, or he did do an evaluation and took tests seeing he was high in cholesterol and wanted him to lower it naturally, and not including many eggs can do this, although the rest of his diet needs to be looked at to see why it got so high in the first place. -

Thailand Dismisses Claims of 94% Drop in Chinese Tourists
Probably because most of these people were recruited and are returning through Thailand. My friend who works in China has told me that the social apps are booming with rhetoric based on this against Thailand or Thai people. Not Myanmar. He also says he knows and talks to many that hae cancelled plans to come to Thailand for holiday based on these fears discussed in their social apps. -

Proof of Life
usually the party asking for the proof of life tells you what they need. I have to provide proof of life to two different countries. One require signature and a stamp, for this one I use the local immigration office. The other one require only a signature from an adult that is not a relative. My suggestion is to check what they are asking for, and then act accordingly. -

Today cuts to Medicaid, SNAP, & Housing Assistance, and more, in the republican budget all to give trillions in Tax Breaks to the rich ...those "job creators" Personally I'm waiting for Trumps Social Security Cuts. I know it's harsh, but we have way to many, two bit, US retirees here in Thailand. Cut Social Security and they have to go back & find a trailer park in Tallahassee. Plus a few posters here, pining for a retirement in Isaan, can stop pining, & get a job as a greeter at Walmart. Looks like I'm going MAGA. -

Fed-Up Bangkok Locals Demand Action on Rowdy Foreign Renters
Seems like each new day, another locality booing the invasion by horrible tourists/foreigners. But, not to worry, the govt will shortly put out a new total visitors and billions of baht spent by them, so all will be fine after that. (not though because it will IMHO only get worse until they can clean up the tourism)
