My GF's daughter is in her thesis segment along with 5 additional Uni students finishing up their studies in architecture.

As part of the thesis project the Uni wants them to be together so they can collaborate and work together.

They are looking for a 2 bedroom place for 4-5 months in the Sathon - Chao Phraya River area.

Because of the short duration, they are having a bit of a problem finding a place that won't say yes, then rent to someone else.

If anyone knows of something around 30k Baht/month (less is always better for Uni students), it would be a big help.

Good internet is a must.
