Does anybody know if there any budget homes to be bought on Samui nowdays seems they are all luxury this luxury that and thats not what i want just looking for something simple...any websites would be appreciated if there are any...or maybe Samui is too upmarket now...thanx for any responses

depends on your "budget" grewy ....

there are 'budget' homes for sale from 2 million upto 'budget' homes of 45 million....compared to 'luxury' homes of more than 100million.

What is your budget?

What type of home do you want?

What type of land do you want?

If you want land with a million dollar view, you will have to pay a million dollars. If you are okay with land that is not super prime, and a modest 2 bedroom villa, you should be able to find somehting. Again, what is your budget?
