Now Flocks Of Grieving Magpies 'Gather To Mourn' Death Of North Korean Leader Kim Jong-Il

Featured Replies

The death of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has been marked by plunging temperatures, mourning bears... and now flocks of grieving magpies.

Jong-il, who died in December aged 69 after 17 years running the world's most reclusive state, was reputed to be able to control the weather as well as to have scored a miraculous 38 under par round of golf.

Last week, state media reported that a family of bears - who usually hibernate through the fierce Korean winter - had been seen lamenting the 'supreme leader's' death.

You wouldn`t get one. They stamp a green card issued by the embassy in Beijing and take it off you when you leave. Great place for a visit, though!
