Trying to figure out what kind of filter system suits us best, we brought samples of our water well to both Aquasana (Boonthavorn) and Pure, Sukhumvit Rd.

Aquasana came quickly back to us with the results and advice.

We didn't hear anything from Pure so we visit their shop: they lost the sample.

Last weeks Sunday we brought a new sample and visit their shop on Tuesday. Sample was still in the shop, but they informed us they will bring it the next day to BKK. Yesterday we visit the shop again (because still not having received an answer by email) and what do you think? They lost it again!!

Has anyone good experiences with Aquasana or another water filter supplier in Pattaya?
