hello, i would have to assume that power supply for laptops would be sold in both locations but for some reason i cannot remember ever having seen it before in either location. perhaps because i have never been looking for it. anyways would just like to confirm that it is infact sold here and specifically what floor/area of the shopping malls? thanks.

I've not been in Pantip for years but cannot believe you would not be able to get one there, take the dead unit with you.

Amorn on the top floor of Fortune is the place I would start.

3rd (or 4th) floor Pantip, along the right hand side towards the back. Tis a small one unit shop, they'll test and replace just the defective part of the two.

Pantip has them, Amorn usually has several models to include the universal type (selectable voltages and laptop connectors), etc. Be sure to buy one which equals or exceeds the power/wattage output rating of the original.
