The company who is about to employ me has a registered address different from the office where the work will be performed. This office has no 'official' relationship with the company. Can this office be used as the workplace in the WP application even if it's not legally tied to the company or it should be registered by the company? If yes, how this should be done?

It is only possible to have the address in your work permit if the address is either a branch office or if the employer has a contract with that company.
