Hi All,

I am looking for premises for my business, I have seen this house but it is not a "shop house".

Can I rent this place to do my office at the ground floor (mainly office but my customers will come there as well) and my private home at the top floors?

What kind of paperwork do I have to ask the landowner to be sure that a commercial activity is allowed in that house and neighborhood?
