Can anyone tell me where i can get my laptop tested, it seems to have a mind of it's own, someone suggested to replace the battery,which i did do (3500Baht) but i'm stil having issues, any help would be appreciated, it's driving me nuts.

Cheers scorpio, as you know i live out in the sticks, so don't know CR so well (kvc ?) but i'm coming to CR next Thur so i want to get as much info as i can, do these shops speak english.

Do not think so i.e. English.. We could meet you there but we are going to CM on thursday. Maybe someone else on here or contact Chiang Rai Saddlebag and talk to the nice guy. He is not on here anymore and not sure he would get a PM.

I fix notebooks and desktops for Thai and westerners. Would be happy to let yours run optimal again mate.

Update on my laptop, i have been in touch with my son who lives in the USA, he is going to have a look at it by a romote link up (logmein), i'll keep you posted.

I hope its up and running now! You guys were very kind!! PS. My wife loved the food!

Update on my Laptop, in the end there was no need to bother my son in the US, Bargash did me a huge favor, he came and fixed it for me, many thanks Bargash it was very nice meeting you, hope your scooter is up and running, and we are glad your wife enjoyed the food, plenty more of that if your over this way you are both very welcome, thanks to all those that posted information for me, it is appreciated.
