Hey Thaddy, great to hear from you. It's the work load. It's been over 5 years where the work just.does.not.stop.flowing. I get a few, short breathers here and there. I've tried posting somewhat regularly now and again but I keep failing. I've started topics and then abandoned them after the OP. I almost feel foolish about that. But I do check in now and again. I'm never too far away.

What I need is employees to lighten my load and that's on the near term horizon. I'll get there. It's cold and lonely off the reservation.
