My son is visiting with me and is an avid bb player,he's also engineering student at UC Berkeley,any suggestions for pick up games,etc

Ask some of the school teachers if they have basket ball courts at their schools. Your sure don't see any farangs around here playing asket ball. They are to busy drinking beer.

I will inquire also and if I learn anything I will call you.

There are public basketball courts on the northern end of the old airport. From town, south on Sanambin Road. T-intersection. Turn left. Public park on right.

At night, I've watched games there. And, a few farang among the players. Seems to be a good time.
