I have been following many topics on this site for the last few months and quite often in some replies i see the word "LOS"

could some one explain what this means and any more abbriveations that are used .

MNC = Multi National Corperation

AFAIK = as far as I know

Serious to the blether, I posted a question on the football ground between Airdrie and Coatbridge and the other guy and myself really want to know. If no-one can answer it means everytime we go for a beer we end up thinking about it and have no conversation.

A lot of Thailand specific abbreviations here, like BG=Bar Girl. It's usually obvious from context what the meaning is, if not, the search on the forum will yield quick results.

I haven't seen it used on TV, but have been very tempted to use it on many occasions.....

SNAFU - Situation normal, all fcuked up

PUFO - Pack up and <deleted> off

FUBAR - Fcuked up beyond all recognision
