We like to speak that the speed of light is the cosmic speed limit.. it's not that. It's simply the speed limit what we can comprehend at the moment.

Our understanding of the nature is unfortunately limited to what we can see, hear, feel or otherwise experience. This does not mean that the physics is limited to what our sensors can experience.

Think about discovering of radiation. Mrs Currie figured out the invisible force when she was studying radiation. That was a great thing.. but still not really special. Alfred Einstein figured out few more things, but still these things are based on the same radiation which seemingly moves at the speed of the light.

Now we have neutrinos, which nobody seems to be able to understand yet. Those particles might be limited to the speed of light or not.

In next few decades we'll hopefully be able to figure out how some other particles exceed the speed of light by 10, 100 or 100.000 percent. This is still just the beginning of the discovery.

I genuinely believe information regarding any misdoings by my good self reaches the Mrs at a speed several times faster than light.
