I would like the amendment to not be interpreted in a totally destructive and totally insane NRA- style way that causes tens of thousands of unneeded deaths in the USA annually. But the supreme court makeup MUST change for there to be any change in the NRA- style way of looking at it.

I don't think he's the anti-christ. I think he's an inept bumbler that circumstance allowed to be electable as president. If it weren't for George Bush, a man he is more alike than different from, I think America would be saying Obama who? He'd be a city councilman instead of someone who is allowed to have a bearing on the life and death of people globally. Experience matters especially when you pursue war. However :-

A confirmed paedophile has to have been caught, tried and been found guilty of certain crimes. Even then he may be able to obtain psychological statements that he is 'cured' and thus be able to contest the 'confirmed' status in a libel trial.

Israel is knocking down leaders of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, but this is being condemned in many places. The victims are not necessarily 'confirmed terrorists', but they are people who are photo-ID'd from drones and 'painted' for other drones to attack with fairly accurate missiles. There is some collateral damage.
