Wife had a welder in to make a new gate for the carport. Turned up with sunglasses and did the expected rubbish job due to

a/ not being able to see what he was doing,

b/ not knowing how to weld.

She had to pay him anyway, of course.

The job looks terrible, but TiT.

This morning, the gate fell off, because he hadn't cleaned the crud off the steel he was welding the gate to, and the weld hadn't penetrated.

BTW, I am a qualified welder, but left this one to my wife, as too big a job for me.

What area are you located in. We just used a welding company in the baan Ampur area -Pattay ish thaat was very good. The shop has everything but a cnc machine.

Very good structural welds on our security grates Great penetration. I weld too this shop is good way fair on pricing.
