Does anyone know where they are now with price ideas ?

it is not the link to Crossys website that is dead,, it is the link to the actual government plans site http://www.dpt.go.th/download/PW/house_model/framehome.html

Yup, internal server error on the government site.

I do have the .xls BOQs for those plans, but they're well out of date on price and have a 'ref' error, still useful mind.

Just went to Crossy's site link again hit 'download' for houses 8 and 30 (no particular reason for this choice) and downloaded ok, albeit slow (approx 60Kb/s for me, probably site)

Also link quoted by Sirineou http://www.dpt.go.th/download/PW/house_model/framehome.html also works (again for me). Hitting 'download' on this page then clicking '1 Download ...Model/Perspective etc' takes you to the actual plan /model downloads page.

But as said before can download straight from Crossy' s link http://www.crossy.co.uk/Thai_House_Plans/index.html

Using True docsis, Firefox 19, Win 7. if helps.

My site is dust I'm afraid, however you can still find old versions on the WayBackMachine and the plans are still there and downloadable.

 

The site that @Jai Dee links to does contain most of them plus some new ones.

 

I sometimes wonder if we should have built this (floating house):-
