I have sent things to Thailand every process wants a piece of the farang we are big business so just call a spade a spade hey.

Like said previously i have been helping out a friend who may well had be on the level or not but I felt good for helping. It was very little money but if it goes further guess what, it will go up.

I re read your story newbie and although it's none of my business at the same time it is cause you told us, I couldn't fathom being in a relationship and a financial one at that, and have never met her in person. It spins my head. I'm sure she and you are genuine lovely people but why havnt you gone to visit her yet? None of my business that bit I know but it's hard to grasp. I mean what if her names Lola? I'd rather save her visa cash and buy a ticket to go see her first.

Thanks there David I had a read and a bit of laugh to, the funny thing is if I learn this girl is some of these things or its a scam it wont really worry me as I am not really attached to her in other words my head is ruling thank god. I thought she may make a potential partner but time would tell, she's very grumpy most of time and I have thought do i want this in my life. she threatened to look for another man with more money because her friend looks down on her now because she found a rich guy, I wont forwarding anymore money see if she hangs around a good test, I said go right ahead I cant see this going on so maybe this is good thing yes I have some friends who are happy married to thai women so have seen the good ones.

What I have learnt you really have to sieve, the bars are for fun only etc look higher. Hell why not look across the world Japan China, Russia so many options. cheers

Hi there Krisb Its not really a relationship as such and not that financial so its been a freindship maybe leading to a relationship, we lost contact a few times, she has gone off a couple of times for 6 months etc once to the hillls to teach children english etc so she seemed on the level she has gone away to look after dieing relative so i saw a lot of goodness in her to rekindle our freindship but lately i am in doubt some of the things she says are not good so see what happens.

And maybe she says these things to get me to get on with it ? Thats why I looked into visa. The next step is to visit or move on.

make some other excuse. one of My best friends used to manage a Gogo bar in Pattaya he had a lady

working in the bar who had 10 farrangs sending her money and she was still working in the bar. my advice get rid.

My advice is you:

- Take a hot-liday to Thailand. Mate flight is 10000 times secure than drive. This will tell you how really is your compenetration and you will see how a thai woman is!

- Forget the VISA for her if she can show money enough to live by herself during the travel. In my own country in EU it doesnt matter how much money you have in your bank. Her thai account bank is the important. I recomend you her to take a small holiday with you. As i wrote above in prev point . You/she will know how is the "true face".

And another advice as people told you is avoid sending money monthly pls. Love or friendship is not about that...

Thanks for your interest people are saying the same thing

over and over now I am not proceeding with Visa application so no need to pursue

that and I will review my friendship with the Thai lady thanks all. I consider this subject closed.
