I just bought a Tenda router to replace the true Router. but I am having problem connecting to the internet.

I need to set up the following parameters:

VPI [0-255]: 0
VCI [32-65535]: 100

but I cant not find how/where to set these values. anyone can help?

I have a Tenda pocket router, size of a cigbox.

It works marvelously. However, every time I use it, Google (Maps) places me in an industrial area in China, regardless of my true location. I am wondering if Tenda is secretly routing and monitoring my traffic through their site, or is it some kind of glitch somewhere...
