This is an "instant breakfast" weight loss type product. Anyone know anything about it? Nothing on the label.

Also. it is pretty nasty, anything better out there?

Most of these type products in Thailand are basically just laxatives. Or else they contain a small amount of green tea, or white bean extract or something like that. Either way will not help you lose actual fat.

You can easily put together a healthy low calorie breakfast of your own and that is they best way to lose weight, not packaged food products.
