A friend in America is considering having a non-radical face-lift, or eye-lift ("bags" correction) in Thailand.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a satisfactory recent experience in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, at private clinic, or hospital, or if you have a specific clinic/doctor/hospital you would not recommend, that would be appreciated too either here, or by PM.
