Ariel Casto Dead

Featured Replies

The criminal that kidnapped three young girls and kept them captive for many years. He commited suicide by hanging himself in his cell.

Strange that he pleaded Guilty in order to avoid the death penalty then, a month or two later, commits suicide.

Maybe he had help?

I wondered about that too, but not many people will lose sleep over it.

All about control. Nobody had any influence over his demise but himself. Life, plus a thousand years, death penalty would take 20 years minimum, he took his own life deliberately, under his own control. No sleep no tears.

Don't be so sure mate.

ORIENT, OHIn yet another glaring indication of the nations broken criminal justice system, Ohio correctional officers discovered the body of inmate Ariel Castro, a Cleveland man serving a life sentence on rape and kidnapping charges, hanging from his jail cell Tuesday night, prompting strong calls for action from reformers looking to correct Americas failed correctional policy.

Quite why anyone would consider that his behaviour strange is beyond me.
