Info Minimart in BKK

Hi guys, I'm Martin, from Spain, Sorry for my english.

My situation is this. I don't speak Thai.

Now I am running a Minimart in Bangkok, the minimart belongs to a GuestHouse. I make a deal with the owner of the guesthouse to let me run the minimart.

I want to know if somebody have experience running this business.

I'm interested in know how can I sell Refills telephone Cards, (12call, dtac, etc.) I asked some friend, and she said, go to buy 50Bahts refills cards at Tesco at 50 Bahts, and sell it for 55 Bahts in your minimart, but this is a stupid way (Thai style).

I need the Lay, Pepsi and EST telephone suppliers.

I plan to design a corporate image for my minimart and ask Cocacola, Pepsi and EST, to pay for the cost of the outside sing, films stickers on the storefront with the name of minimart, some plastic chairs and tables, some free fridges, etc..

I want to know if I can sell alcohol after midnight with some special license, (I heard somewhere that Hotels can sell alcohol).

I plan to find some Thai guy who speak english and be my partner (ufff), to open new minimarts.

I have no idea right now about the taxes and other stuff.

can anybody tell me how much will be the cost per year in taxes?

Sorry about this stupid questions, this is my first "illegal" business in Thailand. But I have some experience in business in Spain.

"May be lay" like they say...

I quit from all this business, too troubles to follow with this... no working permit, no trust people, etc..

I wanted to try how the retail business worked, and 3 months later I know how is. Any business can be profitable if you are serious and have good management.
