You haven't had much luck with any replies. If this thing isn't really huge just take it to a place that fixes fans, tv's, or small appliances. You have nothing to lose, could be something simple like a loose wire or bad switch.

Your hotel desk clerk or apartment manager probably can recommend a nearby repair shop. On the top floor of the Pantip Plaza were some repair shops. When I walk around Bangkok and Pattaya I notice little electrical repair shops all the time.

We really don't know what you have. I believe Magic Chef is a brand name of a whole line of products. Nobody is likely to be able to get any parts or replace anything but as said if it just not working perhaps someone could find something wrong and fix it. Is it designed for 220 volts at 50Hz power?
