OK fellow Americans. Who's doing Thanksgiving? Had the wife do her annual roll of the eyes as I bought my turkey at Tops this morning. Stupid I know, but I still for whatever reason need to celebrate.

For me its the day after and the leftovers ....Great turkey sandwhich!

Geez, my girlfriend gobble-gobbles all the turkey on Thanksgiving day. (I get dark meat, though, for all my efforts. ) With stuffing, and sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and my version of french, er, string beans with fried onions and mushroom soup.

She's uncontrollable. I have to keep my fingers curled in.

Then, day after day of turkey and avocado sandwiches on homemade sourdough.

She gains a solid 3 kilos. Goes all the way up to 42!

Like a whole new girlfriend!
