I have more than one bank account in Thailand, as I suspect most expats do as well. Do you think the other banks will be following Kasikorn requiring their foreign account holders to submit similar forms?
Piston Shop in Nong Hoi on the cm-lamphun road just south of mahidol on the left. Or Honshop in jedyod on soi photharam on the left heading north about 300 meters past the closed curtains naughty area. Both are good and have never disappointed.
I really don't understand why she would stick around and travel around Thailand as a tourist after that experience. Not too smart.
As mentioned there are many foreigners who have lost their properties and other wealth, even to fairly low-level operatives and they get no compensation or cooperation in the courts, police, elsewhere.
Then there's the farang professional guy who had his PhD thesis copied almost page for page by some Thai pooyai here. When he took the matter to the university, he started getting threats and rocks through his windows.
