I would like to meet with people who play golf leisurely for some rounds every now and then.

I've taken some tours organized by some bars in Pattaya in the past, but I'd like to meet with expats and less with tourists.

My idea would be to meet on weekends and have a round per week or something.

I played well before, but I couldn't practice too much in the last 15 years, so now I'm lucky if stay within bogey.

Where would be a good place to start?
