Criminal Court rejects CMPO’s request for arrest warrants

I am no judge but... protesting might be legal however trespassing on government property and vandalism seems like breaking the law

You would imagine that that is how a normal, rational, intelligent being would think. Sadly, some TV posters don't fall under that category.

Apparently your opinion is not consistent with Thai law.

You actually mean to say that trespassing on government property and vandalism is not breaking the law in Thailand?

Sometimes, it's better to keep your mouth shut and look like an idiot than to open it and remove all doubts.

What?

What didn't you understand?

The Courts (at the moment) have deemed the protests lawful and peaceful (whether you agree with that or not) and that the CMPO cannot use force to disperse the protestors nor arrest them under the revised rules of the SoE.

The CMPO were today trying it on again with the arrest warrants and got turned down again because that would violate the recent Court rulings (see above). The CMPO were told however they could proceed with arrest warrants based on the Criminal Code, NOT the SoE.

Got it?

thanks.....!

Jatuporn and Chalerm shd be hung up for killing innocent children

You can add Yingluck and Thaksin to make is a foursome

Really? Would either of you care to explain why.

If Yingluck and the corrupt PTP accuse Abhisit of being a murderer following the deaths of protesters killed by the Army in 2010, then it is justifiable that Yingluck and and her co-conspirators should be indited for the murders carried out by the PTP thugs.

Can you prove any one or all four of those you accused ordered the killing of those poor children? I am not convinced, Abhisit or Suthep are guilty of murder. Only a court can decide this, based on what orders were given to the army to suppress the red shirt demonstrations. Yingluck has tread very carefully to prevent violence throughout the demonstrations. Think before posting clap trap.
